At ConnectWell Community Health, our Volunteer Champions fuel change, inspire connection, and create a feeling of belonging and opportunity. They are positively the heart of our communities, and they play a vital role in helping us realize our vision and mission.

Volunteer Champions build skills and resilience and nurture a strong sense of community and connection in the rural communities across Lanark, Renfrew and Leeds and Grenville Counties. They serve as:
