Immunizations (or vaccinations) are safe and the most effective way to prevent many serious diseases and illnesses. There’s no time like the present to catch up with routine immunizations.
Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) provides immunization services to people who live, work, and attend school in Ontario.
Together with the Kids Come First Health Team, RCDHU is partnering with ConnectWell Community Health and Rainbow Valley Community Health Centre to provide immunization clinics in Renfrew County and District (RCD). These immunization clinics will help families in RCD – especially those without access to primary care – catch up on routine childhood immunizations.
CANImmunize has developed an easy-to-use digital platform that allows parents to easily book appointments online and sends immunization information and records automatically to their public health unit.
