The Annual Meeting for ConnectWell Community Health will take place on
June 23, 2026 at 3:00pm
at the ConnectWell Community Health Carleton Place Location, ON (30 Bennett St)
The meeting will focus on essential business, including Board elections, appointing an auditor for the 2026/2027 fiscal year, and reviewing financial statements.
