ConnectWell Collects anonymous website visitor data with Google Analytics and individual/personal data using forms. Visitors are not required to submit any personal data to access the ConnectWell website. Data is not shared with any third parties, unless required by law, and is only used to report on site usage and provide Programs/services to ConnectWell Clients.

This Web Data Collection and Privacy Statement describes ConnectWell policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your personal data to provide and improve the service. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Web Data Collection and Privacy Statement.

ConnectWell will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the personal data that we have collected about you.
