The Yard/Building Maintenance worker is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior of the building, parking lots and walkways. Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications:
• Three to five years’ experience with maintenance/janitorial
• Experience with small repairs
• Experience using maintenance tools
• Effective and professional communication
• Flexibility in completion of job related tasks
Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to the Director, Renfrew County
Conditions of Employment:
Hours of work will be developed in collaboration with the successful candidate to ensure a healthy work-life balance. A schedule of work will be based on the organization’s hours of operation and program requirements.
