ConnectWell Community Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist, 35 hrs/week, for an 18 month maternity leave. This position provides a comprehensive benefit package, including HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).
Position Summary: The Occupational Therapist will provide clinically appropriate, family-centered services to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities, behavior challenges or mental health needs.
Salary Range: $69,405 to $81,653 annually

Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to the Program Manager, Fee for Service
