ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a full-time, Program Facilitator, ETS. This term contract is for 35 hours/week and will include the option to participate in Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).
Position Summary: The Program Facilitator, ETS will be responsible for preparing for programs and groups, including curricula, materials and space organization, working directly with the children and youth under the supervision of regulated clinicians/therapists, interacting with families and providing feedback, as well as duties upon completion of a program such as documentation, space clean up, and debriefing.
Qualifications:
Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to our Program Manager, Government Funded Early Years.

Salary Range: $48,552 – $57,120 annually
