ConnectWell is hiring an hourly, Summer Maintenance Assistant to begin June 12, 2023 and end September 30, 2023.
Position Summary:
This Summer Maintenance Assistant position will work with the Property Manager to complete tasks at the respite sites and ConnectWell administration buildings in Lanark County. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge of horticultural gardening including maintaining perennial and annual flower beds and lawn cutting and maintenance.
Postion Requirements:
• High School or above
• Proven 5 years of experience or above of horticulture, perennial, annual flower bed maintenance
• Proven experience and skill working with lawn and yard maintained equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to take direction and stay on task completing work in a timely manner
• Good communication skills
Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to the ConnectWell Community Health Director of Respite Services.
