Support for people living with suspected or diagnosed lung disease
ConnectWell Lung Health Program offers support for people living with lung disease. Our programming includes:
- Spirometry (breathing test)
- Developing a client-centered action plan
- Follow-up care for clients with chronic lung disease (COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis)
When you are referred to the lung health program, you will be seen by a Registered Respiratory Therapist/Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE). The CRE will help you understand and manage your symptoms.
