Mental Health Peer Support is offered through the ConnectWell Mental Health Support Project (MHSP). Services are offered from our Smiths Falls location and throughout Lanark County.
Peer support programs work by offering people support, encouragement, and hope with the insight gained from lived experience. Our certified Mental Health Peer Supporters assist individuals to work towards personal goals related to their mental health and well-being.
