Counselling

Are you feeling anxious? Stressed out? Depressed? Has life thrown you a curveball?

If you need to talk, we are here to help.

Our caring social workers and psychotherapists can work with you to find ways to address the challenges you are facing. Through individual counselling or group programming, a counsellor can discuss your concerns, clarify what would be helpful, and strengthen your ability to make the desired changes in your life.

We provide individual counselling to help people find ways to cope with issues, such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Childhood abuse
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Low self-esteem
  • Persistent pain
  • Parenting
  • Relationships and marital problems
  • Stress

These issues may relate to a recent crisis or an ongoing unresolved problem.

In addition to counselling, we can also help you with practical supports like connecting you to housing, financial resources and crisis management services.

We also offer a wide variety of community and group programs

Our counselling appointments  are offered virtually, in person or by phone.
