Renfrew County Child Wellness Hub

The ConnectWell-Renfrew County Child Wellness Hub offers  important healthcare services for children aged 0-5 in Renfrew County without a primary care provider.

The Hub’s team of healthcare professionals supports families and includes a nurse practitioner, nurse, social worker, systems navigator, and intake worker.

Our team offers:

• Check-ups to track growth and development
• Vaccinations to protect against illness
• Screenings to check physical and mental development
• Mental health support for children and caregivers
• Health education

If a child is sick, the Hub’s rapid access clinic can help with:

• Ear infections
• Coughs and colds
• Vomiting
• Rashes

The Hub also connects families with other local programs to support their child’s development.

Hours and appointments

The Renfrew County Child Wellness Hub is by appointment only, we cannot accept walk-ins. Phones are answered and appointments are scheduled between:

Monday – Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM

Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

This program is a partnership between ConnectWell, the Renfrew County and District Health Unit, and the Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub, and is here to help.
