ConnectWell Community Health is a fully accredited charitable organization. Together we support people and communities in achieving and maintaining their best possible health and social wellbeing. We do this by providing a broad range of primary and allied health care services, health promotion and community development initiatives, mental health and peer supports, autism, family relief and developmental services for people in our rural communities across Lanark, Renfrew and Leeds and Grenville Counties.

Consider joining our volunteer Board of Directors if you want to help shape the health and wellbeing of our communities. We are also seeking community members to serve on our board committees.

Expertise in the areas of governance of not-for-profit corporations, consensus decision-making, system and organizational change, human resources, strategic thinking and planning, financial oversight, quality improvement, and capital expansion planning are assets in our recruitment efforts.

We strive to create a board that reflects the diversity within our community. People from equity-deserving groups are encouraged to apply. If you require an accommodation to fully participate in completing an application or in serving on our Board or our Committees, please let us know how we can help.

Please phone or email Kara at 613-259-2182, ext. 2302 or
ksymbolic@connectwell.ca for a complete information and application package.
