Connections Program Info

Connections programs aim to promote healthy pregnancies, healthy birth weights for babies, and support families with children 0 to 6 years of age, who may be experiencing stresses and challenges. These can include stresses related to income, substance use, intimate partner violence, parenting and coping skills. Connections programs are here to offer friendly and nonjudgmental support at all stages of the early years. Right Help…. Right Here… Right Now….

ConnectWell Community Health Connections programs have been in place since 1993. We receive funding from the Public Health Agency of Canada to support individuals and families, prenatally and with children up to 6 years of age. We serve those who are made more vulnerable by barriers related to economic limitations, family life stresses, intimate partner violence, past trauma, and mental health issues. Our experienced staff are here to help in a variety of ways – from time-limited, one-to-one support and group programs. There is no cost to participate in our Connections programs and participation is voluntary. Using the side bar, we invite you to explore our Connections menu of programs and services.
